Job Description:

Brand Leadership & Visual Direction
  • Oversee and evolve the company’s brand identity across all channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, social, in-app, branch and products materials.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and creative standards.
  • Lead visual storytelling aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
Campaign & Promotion Design
  • Conceptualize and design promotional campaigns for credit card acquisition, activation, usage and retention, and insurance products.
  • Translate marketing strategy into compelling key visuals and integrated campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create high-impact promotions.
  • Ensure designs align with regulatory and financial industry standards.
Brand Service & Customer Experience Design
  • Design service communication materials (Advertising Banners, Email, Push
  • notifications, landing pages, in-app visuals, customer journey materials).
  • Support UX/UI visual direction for social platforms e.g., Facebook, Line platforms in collaboration with product teams
  • Elevate customer touchpoints with thoughtful and premium design solutions.
Creative Strategy & Innovation
  • Apply strategic design thinking to solve business challenges visually.
  • Participate in campaign planning and contribute creative insights.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., generative design, image creation, workflow automation) to improve creative speed, quality, and innovation.
  • Explore emerging design trends and technologies relevant to financial services.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively.
  • Present creative concepts confidently to stakeholders and leadership. Quality Assurance Other Supports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or related field.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in brand and campaign design (financial services experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity systems, campaign key visuals, integrated promotional design, and digital/social assets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing is a plus.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling ability.
  • Understanding of digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Experience using AI-powered creative tools (e.g., generative AI, design automation tools).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
