MIS (Supervisor Level)

Perform sales performance report and incentive calculation.
Ensure that MIS report and analysis are relevant, accurate and produced in a timely manner to support efficient and effective management decision making.
Liaises with MIS team and other business functions/ departments to obtain required data for report generation.
Perform sales-related analysis to help response to business questions.
Summarize data in all dimensions related to selling functions.
Estimate sale volume and incentive for monthly accrued expense.
Monitor and track actual incentive expense for cost controlling purpose.
Perform ad hoc analysis on sales performance and incentive upon request.
Create new centralize database for support deep analysis.
Develop, and maintain database structure and design dashboard report on BI tools (Tableau or Power BI)

Bachelor's Degree in any related field, master's degree is preferred.
More than 3 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, etc.
Knowledge of Financial Consumer Products – P Loan, Credit Card in advantageous.
Good interpersonal & Communication skills.
Advanced level of Excel and SQL Skills in Power BI, Tablo, and python would be advantage.
Good Attitude with open-minded personality.
