Understand key business contracts and can comply/ follow up internal and external functions to support these contracts
Understand current consumer finance business and economy situation and apply into business strategy and P&L
Develop business strategy to support MD direction for both short term and long term
Collaborate and work with managers and executives to ensure strategies are performing
Research and analyze market trends and industry competition
Present finding, projections and recommended strategies to all GCS functions
GCS - OPEX Management Work with cross functional to gather and validate information to propose 3-year business plan on timely basis.
Be able to give useful suggestions and provide solutions for issues related to payment or PR/PO process.
Build customer vintage model that reflects historical customer behavior to forecast accurate future spending for planning in Operating Plan (OP) and Short-Range Outlook (SRO).
Monitor and control GCS marketing expenses and work closely with Finance (FP&A) to manage the expense gap/surplus on monthly basis to deliver %Cost to Volume as committed in OP.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in strategic team and/or finance team.
Preferably work experience with FP&A Team or from Banking Business. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and project management skills.
Logical thinking with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Able to read financial statement and understand KPI and key financial ratios.
Strong interpersonal skill to deal effectively across function to get cooperation from other operational departments.
Ability to lead, negotiate and communicate with multiple stakeholders for effective campaign execution.
