Collect, generate, and analyze the report from users to support business performance reports by various dimensions.
Design, develop, and maintain database structure to support reports.
Perform sales performance reports and incentive calculations.
Ensure that MIS reports and analysis are relevant, accurate, and produced in a timely manner to support efficient and effective management decision-making.
Liaises with MIS team and other business functions/ departments to obtain required data for report generation.
Perform sales-related analysis to help respond to business questions.
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly summary sales performance reports.
Perform incentive calculations and reports.
Summarize data in all dimensions related to selling functions.
Estimate sale volume and incentive for the monthly accrued expense.
Perform ad hoc analysis on sales performance and incentives upon request.

Bachelor's Degree in any related field, master's degree is preferred.
More than 3 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, etc.
Knowledge of Financial Consumer Products – P Loan, Credit Card in advantageous.
Good interpersonal & Communication skills.
Advanced level of Excel and SQL Skills in Power BI, Tableau, and python would be advantage.
Good Attitude with open-minded personality.
