Job Description:

  • Take care 8 branch with 8 subordinates in Southern Region such as, Phuket, Chumporn, Suratthani, Prachubkirikan.
  • Manage and supervise PC staff to acquire new accounts and boost up sales volume.
  • Communicate to Clients & PCs in changing policy & process to ensure they aware & understand as expectation.
  • Analysis improvement area from client & competitor’s feedback to set problem-solving strategies.
  • Monthly action plan to compete with competitors in order to gain sales voluOn-site visit with partners, dealers & coach PC staff as well as POP visibility and marketing promotion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields
  • At least 3 years of supervisor level with Sales & PC management
  • Solid Background in Retail sales or SME, Credit Card, Insurance, and Loan is preferable
  • Successful track record of performance and value
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Willing to travel
