TSS_OA Supervisor (Senior Staff Level)

Job Description:

  • Control and monitor OA to perform recovery process effectively per preset policy & procedure. 
  • Conduct sampling phone silent monitor to OA collectors in order to improve collection skills and ensure collection scripts comply with Collection ACT.
  • Prepare OA assignment under product of own responsibility to ensure % assignment by OA has been followed the guideline properly
  • Responsible to audit activities at OA site to ensure that OA Corporate has performed effective process with correctness per collection policy /procedure 
  • Daily account review to ensure effective OA collection activity as well as  perform fraud cases review as needed  
  • Review and approve hair-cut accounts under own authority matrix
  • Review forecast vs. actual OA performance on a daily / weekly basis to be updated on OA performance dashboard and discuss action plan with OA as needed in order to ensure that target is achieved as plan 
  • Review OA’s organization structure and CAPE to ensure that OA has sufficient resources to perform collection process to meet target
  • Coach OA’s supervisors and collectors to ensure that they perform their task effectively with proper feedback as needed 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in any related field or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law is preferable
  • Minimum 3 years experienced in OA Management, Collection Supervisor or related field.
  • Experienced in Credit Card Business or Financial Business would be advantage.
  • Good in Analytical and problem-solving and Negotiation skill
