Job Description:
- Control and monitor OA to perform recovery process effectively per preset policy & procedure.
- Conduct sampling phone silent monitor to OA collectors in order to improve collection skills and ensure collection scripts comply with Collection ACT.
- Prepare OA assignment under product of own responsibility to ensure % assignment by OA has been followed the guideline properly
- Responsible to audit activities at OA site to ensure that OA Corporate has performed effective process with correctness per collection policy /procedure
- Daily account review to ensure effective OA collection activity as well as perform fraud cases review as needed
- Review and approve hair-cut accounts under own authority matrix
- Review forecast vs. actual OA performance on a daily / weekly basis to be updated on OA performance dashboard and discuss action plan with OA as needed in order to ensure that target is achieved as plan
- Review OA’s organization structure and CAPE to ensure that OA has sufficient resources to perform collection process to meet target
- Coach OA’s supervisors and collectors to ensure that they perform their task effectively with proper feedback as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in any related field or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law is preferable
- Minimum 3 years experienced in OA Management, Collection Supervisor or related field.
- Experienced in Credit Card Business or Financial Business would be advantage.
- Good in Analytical and problem-solving and Negotiation skill
